Latoya is a Site Safety Health Officer with a government agency & accomplished entrepreneur who possesses more than 18 years of qualified, competent, and educational experience in Occupational Health and Safety.

Throughout her career, Latoya’s professional experience has expanded across multiple military bases, hospitals, refineries, high-risk construction, and complex industrial environments. These demanding settings have undoubtly continued her ability to lead with discipline, remain composed under pressure, communicate effectively, display her strong commitment to service & support veterans in multiple capacities.

Her leadership philosophy is centered on the belief that successful organizations are built through integrity, consistency, preparation, teamwork, and unwavering service to others. Her favorite saying, “The mission changed. The discipline did not,” reflects principles carried from personal service into her professional career, & community involvement. Although the mission may evolve, her commitment to excellence, responsibility, & serving something greater than herself remains constant!
